Rob Creighton is a broadcast manager with expertise in programming Classic Rock / Classic Hits and Hit Music formats.  Rob is adept at looking at the big picture and seeing where his stations need to go, what they need to do to get there, and leading them there.  He specializes in creating active, creative, jump-out-of-the-speaker stations.  Rob possesses extensive promotions and public service experience and is adept at coaching, managing, developing and teaching talents and off-air personnel.  In addition, Rob is comfortable working with sales departments and clients in helping them achieve their goals.

Rob desires to program within a day’s drive of Dallas, Texas or in the Midwest.  The station must be committed to local programming, be active promotionally, involved in the community, and place high value on its listeners, clients and employees.   Rob will excel in a management structure that includes mutual respect, accountability and honest feedback that does not utilize fear or intimidation as a management technique.  Commitment to quality and enthusiasm for great broadcasting is more important than market size.
